SEAN LAVENDER
Based in North East England Sean is a highly experienced and successful entrepreneur spanning several sectors. Sean has been successful in investing in established companies and starting many multi-million-pound businesses from grass roots.
Sean has worked in education sector with a successful track record of developing sales teams, applying innovative approaches helping colleges successfully develop and bridge the gamin their local communities.
Sean has a successful track record in property both with property flipping and building portfolios of properties returning a profitable and positive cash flow.
Sean has always had a keen interest in sports and has played a multitude of different sports at the highest level.
Having worked from shop floor to the boardroom, Sean has the relevant skills and expertise to support and advise across all aspects of business.
Sean lives with his soon to be wife and his two young daughters.
DAVE MACMILLAN
Sunderland based, Dave is a successful entrepreneur involved in the growing and investing of 9 different businesses. Dave has scaled his businesses to turn over multi millions and is now also building a very successful property portfolio.
Dave currently invests in a varied platform of businesses from marketing agency, recruitment, training and is prime placed to what is changing and happening with industry.
Dave has years of experience in the education industry, designing bespoke courses for colleges with success. Dave has grown a partnership with some of the UK's leading colleges and continues to develop college provision.
Dave is a family man married with 2 boys who are keen footballers.
Dave also is a Podcaster with some great interviews. Specialising in mental health and business, Dave gives a great insight into how different people manage mental illness in the their environment.
